My Password hasn't arrived?

The email may have been blocked or sent to your junk email folder. In order to avoid this, you will need to accept emails from Pencil Street or simply add admin@pencilstreet.org to your address book. 

If your email still doesn't arrive after making those changes, send us an email to hello@pencilstreet.org. This must be from the email address you registered with and if you can, provide an alternate second email address. Alternatively, email your mobile phone number that we can safely text your password to. This number will not be stored and we will only ever send 1 password reminder to your mobile.

Why can't I open a resource?

All our resources are supplied in Adobe PDF format to make the resource easy to download. In order to read and print them, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. For a free version of this please Click Here.

Why isn't Pencil Street free?

Pencil Street is not intended to be a free site. We have minimum advertising on the site to ensure we provide a professional easy to navigate site. We never sell your details on to any third parties. These policies mean we are an honest business, no intrusive advertising, no special bars etc, just professional Pencil Street. We also employ teachers and graphic design staff to help develop our fantastic resources.

How do I re-download resources that I have previously bought?

Any resource you purchase is always available from your Staff Room area. From your Staff Room area you can see any purchases, view any downloads and change any of your details.
